WHAT IS KEEN.COM?
At Keen.com, people browse a directory of those who can answer their questions, click on the "Call Now" button and Keen.com connects them for a live or recorded phone call. Because Keen.com makes the calls, consumers' phone numbers and other personal information are never revealed. People who can answer questions on topics ranging from computers to personal advice to taxes can make money by creating a description of their knowledge and setting a per minute fee. There are no fees to sign up or to become a home based expert.
HOW CAN I WORK AT HOME WITH KEEN?
You will provide information to people over the telephone. The phone is the primary means of getting answers in the Live Answer Community, but you can also earn money in other ways, including recorded answers and paid Keen Mail. The three options for earning money:
Provide Live Answers over the phone.
Provide Keen Mail, which allows you to provide written answers for a set fee.
Provide Recorded Answers, which allow you to provide a recorded message appropriate for information that is updated on a daily basis, such as ski conditions or horoscopes, or topics such as health, fitness or tax advice.
